Product records
Barcode product records are fetched from Open Food Facts. The database is available under the Open Database License (ODbL); individual database contents are available under the Database Contents License. Product images, where displayed, may carry separate rights. Open Food Facts is a third-party community project and does not endorse FoodLabelScan.
Ingredient guide
FoodLabelScan’s concise rule catalog is published for transparent inspection and in-app updates. Each ingredient note includes a source link. It is educational reference material, not an exhaustive safety assessment.
Versions and corrections
The JSON document contains a schema version, content version, and update date. For a correction, email ixxzhu@gmail.com with the rule identifier and a reliable source.
