By downloading or using SpeakInScenes, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Educational purpose

SpeakInScenes provides language-learning examples for general educational use. Expressions may need to be adapted to local culture, context, or individual circumstances. Emergency and health scenes are language aids, not medical, legal, or safety advice.

Free and Premium access

The app includes a selection of free scenes. A SpeakInScenes Premium subscription unlocks the full available scene library and new or updated content released during an active subscription.

Subscription

Premium is an auto-renewable monthly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when purchase is confirmed. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Prices may vary by storefront and applicable taxes.

Content and acceptable use

Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use. You may quote individual expressions for ordinary communication. You may not systematically copy, republish, sell, scrape, or redistribute the catalog or create a competing dataset from it.

Availability and changes

We may correct, replace, add, or remove content and features. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted network access. Bundled free scenes remain available offline.
