MemoryLoop AI Support

Photos don’t appear

Open iOS Settings → Apps → MemoryLoop AI → Photos, then allow all photos or choose a selected set. Both modes are supported.

Some iCloud photos are skipped

MemoryLoop does not download originals during analysis. If an item has no local thumbnail, open it in Apple Photos and run the scan again later.

Restore a subscription

Open MemoryLoop AI → Settings → Restore Purchases. Manage or cancel the subscription from your Apple Account’s subscription settings.

Deleting photos

MemoryLoop never deletes automatically. After you review a selection, Apple Photos displays the final system confirmation. Deleted items can normally be found in Recently Deleted.

看不到照片

打开“设置 → App → MemoryLoop AI → 照片”，允许访问所有照片或选择部分照片，两种模式均受支持。

部分 iCloud 照片被跳过

MemoryLoop 分析时不会下载原始照片。如果某个项目没有本地缩略图，请先在 Apple“照片”中打开它，稍后再次扫描。

恢复订阅

打开“MemoryLoop AI → 设置 → 恢复购买”。你可以在 Apple 账户的订阅设置中管理或取消订阅。

删除照片

MemoryLoop 绝不会自动删除。你检查选择后，Apple“照片”会显示最终系统确认；删除的项目通常可在“最近删除”中找回。
