MemoryLoop AI Privacy Policy

Your photos stay on your device
MemoryLoop AI analyzes photo metadata and local thumbnails on your iPhone or iPad. We do not operate a photo server and do not upload your original photos or generated collages.
Data collection
We do not collect personal data, photo content, identifiers, usage analytics, advertising data, or location data. Photo dates and locations may be read locally to organize memories, but are not transmitted to us.
Apple services
Photo access is provided by Apple PhotoKit. Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple may process information under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment details.
Storage and deletion
Analysis results and scan summaries are stored locally in the app container. Removing the app removes this local index. Photo deletion always uses the system confirmation sheet; deleted items remain in Recently Deleted according to your Photos settings.
Children and policy changes
MemoryLoop AI does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children. Material policy changes will be reflected here and, when appropriate, in an app update.

数据收集
我们不收集个人数据、照片内容、标识符、使用分析、广告数据或位置数据。App 可在本地读取照片日期和位置以整理回忆，但不会向我们传输这些信息。
Apple 服务
照片访问由 Apple PhotoKit 提供，购买由 Apple 通过 StoreKit 处理。Apple 可能依据其隐私政策处理信息；我们不会收到你的付款资料。
存储与删除
分析结果和扫描摘要保存在 App 本地容器中。删除 App 会移除本地索引。照片删除始终使用系统确认界面；根据“照片”设置，被删除项目会暂留在“最近删除”。
儿童与政策更新
MemoryLoop AI 不会有意收集任何人的信息，包括儿童。重大政策变更将公布在本页面，并在适当情况下通过 App 更新说明。
