FCFBuddy Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using FCFBuddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

• FCFBuddy Pro is billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis.
• Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.

3. Financial Disclaimer

FCFBuddy is a financial analysis valuation tool intended for informational and educational purposes only. FCFBuddy DOES NOT provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The valuation results (including Intrinsic Value, Free Cash Flow projections, and Margin of Safety) are based on user inputs and mathematical models, and should not be considered as a recommendation to buy or sell securities. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
